At HCA HealthONE, we are proud of the positive impact our colleagues have on our patients, our communities and each other. This newsletter celebrates the many ways our organization improves more lives in more ways.

HCA HealthONE is helping train Colorado’s next generation of physicians through 13 graduate medical education programs across five hospitals, supporting more than 210 residents and fellows in supervised, hands-on clinical training.

This work directly connects to physician workforce development and access to care. Residents and fellows train in specialties tied to statewide needs, including primary care, behavioral health, internal medicine, surgery, neurology and anesthesiology. They learn alongside experienced physicians and care teams in community-based hospital settings, including HCA HealthONE Aurora, Rose and Sky Ridge, which were named among the nation’s 2026 100 Top Hospitals by Modern Healthcare and Premier.

Through continued investment in medical education, HCA HealthONE is strengthening Colorado’s physician pipeline, preparing physicians who may continue serving the communities where they train, and supporting access to care for patients across the state.
