Your vote matters! Election Day in Georgia is today, Tuesday, May 19. Don’t forget to vote! Before heading to the polls, take a moment to confirm your polling place and review what you’ll need to bring.

Key Information:

  • Voter Registration: The voter registration deadline for this election was April 20. If you were already registered by the deadline, you are eligible to participate in the election. You can confirm your voter registration status, polling place information, and view your voter details through Georgia’s My Voter Page.
  • What’s on my Ballot: Election ballots can vary depending on where you live. Review your sample ballot and local races through Georgia’s My Voter Page before heading to the polls.
  • Voter ID: Georgia law requires voters to present an approved photo ID, including a Georgia driver’s license or any valid state or federal government-issued photo ID, when voting in person.
  • Voting on Election Day: Polls will be open today, Tuesday, May 19 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Be sure to verify your assigned polling place and allow extra time if needed. If you are in line by 7 p.m., you will be allowed to vote.
